We had vacationed in Palm Springs for years, staying in boutique hotels every time, but to invest money into our own get away? This was overwhelming and to be honest,
I had many second thoughts.
Learning about the different communities and what their HOA's offered became a part time job for us-and don't get me started on the details of land leases here in the desert!
There was a plethora to learn!
